  • You / Client / Customer: The individual or business engaging our services
  • We / Us / Our / Company: Pacific Press Publishing
  • Services / Products: Any creative work, deliverables, or consultation provided by Pacific Press Publishing
  • Order: A confirmed and paid request for services via any approved payment method

4. Service Usage

Our services are intended solely for individual or business use. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all content and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Pacific Press Publishing. You may not redistribute, resell, or repurpose any work for commercial purposes without explicit written consent. All sales are final, and products are non refundable unless they qualify under our refund policy. Please review these terms thoroughly before placing any order or making a payment.

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high quality results. However, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

General Guidelines

Full refunds (100%) are only granted under exceptional circumstances. Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You selected a custom or discounted service package
  • Revisions were requested after delivery
  • You became unresponsive for 14 days or more
  • You voluntarily paused or canceled the project
  • You breached any of these terms
  • Your project brief lacked essential information
  • Your business name changed, or your business ceased operations
  • You changed your mind for personal or unrelated reasons

Change of Mind

If no work has commenced, a refund may be requested, however a 25% processing fee will be deducted. Once active work has begun, this option is no longer available.

Unsatisfactory Delivery

If the final output does not align with the approved project brief, we will revise the work until it meets your expectations. If you remain dissatisfied after several revisions, a partial refund may be considered, subject to discussion.

Late Delivery

Refunds related to delays will be considered only if:

  • The delay was clearly caused by Pacific Press Publishing
  • You provide written documentation confirming the delay

Minor delays or small errors, such as typos, may be eligible for a partial refund or a credit toward future services.

Limitations

No refunds will be processed once a project is marked as complete. All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Pacific Press Publishing.
